As General Manager, I hereby undertake to put into practice this commitment to ensuring the success of our organization, to satisfy all stakeholders: customers, associates and employees.
My mission is to achieve and maintain the reputation of the organization for the next field of activity: production and marketing of stains, impregnated, varnishes, lacquers, varnishes, thinners, waxes and resins.
A quality product made by SCAXM PROD 93 Ltd (an organization with a rich experience in this field) is assured by maintaining within the organization an integrated management system quality-environment-security and health at work (IMS). Integrated management system quality-environment-safety and health at work aims vital principle to awareness the staff on the importance of production and marketing of quality products to protect the environment and to compliance with safety and health at work.
Staff organization is motivated to develop staff knowledge and concerns regarding product quality, ensuring environmental protection and to compliance requirements on labour safety and to watch any non-compliance, deficiency or failure as a personal unfulfillment.
Technical manager is the representative of management. He provides the conditions necessary to motivate all staff with regard to product quality, environmental protection and security in the workplace and he exercises direct control of the integrated management system quality-environment-safety and health at work. He also provides resources necessary to continuously maintain and improve the integrated management system quality-environment-safety and health at work, including the designation of staff responsible for management activities, execution and verification.
He also ensures that the environmental quality policy, security and health at work are understood and maintained at all organizational levels.
The strategic objectives are:
• to increase customers’ satisfaction through effective application of IMS, including processes for continual improvement of the integrated management system;
• to increase the confidence of all stakeholders in the quality and the care manifested in environmental protection;
• to increase the efficiency of the company’s activity;
• to ensure appropriate measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases at workplaces;
• to maintain certification and permits necessary;
All staff will be communicated the importance of customer needs and the importance of respecting the laws and regulations applicable.

Priority objectives of quality management strategy in SC AXM PROD 93 Ltd. are to promote market top quality products, to incorporate modern technology and an experienced professional management. Implemented and maintained system ensures the identification of all company processes for the further improving the effectiveness of quality management system. We provide:
- to increase the level of satisfaction and maintain our clients confidence, obtained by focusing on their needs;
- to increase employees’ satisfaction through involvement, teamwork, creating and maintaining skills of employees, based on their skills and experience for a continue improvement functioning system
- to ensure that human and material resources and the infrastructure necessary to continuously improve system efficiency,

of the management of safety, health and environmental protection

SC AXM PROD 93 Ltd. continuously develop effective and proactive management of health, labour safety and environmental protection, represented by balancing economic performance with environmental protection and occupational health and security, and oriented towards reducing or eliminating the causes of pollution , injury and disease prevention in all workplaces.
SC AXM PROD 93 Ltd. considers safety, occupational health and environmental protection as an important part of its preoccupations in all its manufacturing processes. Business activity takes place respecting the principle of sustainable development through rational use of resources making sure the environment, safety and health at work in an economic advantage.
The company agrees to maintain and continuously improve environmental management system and occupational safety and health in this way providing a powerful tool that certifies the quality and performance products in a suitable work environment in terms of health, occupational safety and environment protection.
SC AXM PROD 93 Ltd. identifies hazards to the environment and employees, remove / reduce, classify and control the risks, the processes identified in order to create a positive spirit that will lead to achieving security – health work and environmental protection.
